In my training, it is important to me that you feel comfortable and make steady progress step by step, no matter your starting level.
We first look together at where you are and what you want to achieve. Based on that, I structure the training so it fits you perfectly, challenging enough to improve, but never overwhelming.
I explain each exercise clearly and simply, make sure your technique is correct, and help you build strength, fitness in a safe and effective way. You will also receive tips on how to continue progressing outside of our sessions.
My goal is for you to enjoy training, gain confidence, feel better and stronger from session to session.

I have been actively involved in martial arts since 2003 and am a professional MMA fighter. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in training, competition preparation, and working with athletes of all levels.
I am also certified in “Physical Preparation in Combat Sports” and specialize in improving strength, endurance, and overall athletic performance in a targeted and effective way.
