I have been a student of Micaela for more than 6 months. She is a person with an incredible patience, who was able to finally make me stop using Spanish "pero" instead of the portuguese "más". Apart from the usual grammar drills, we had many lectures about Portugal and its culture. Now I know why citizens of Porto are called "tripeiros", why Fernando Pessoa is the greatest poet in Europe, when to order a "fino" and when an "imperial" and why Azores is the best place in the world. She is simply a wonderful person to be around, and I am extremely happy to have chosen her among a myriad of other online teachers.
