Sobre Marlena
I worked as a chef for several years, in different restaurants with various cuisine. I am passionate about it, love cooking, and share that experience with others. I helped many of my friends to improve their cooking skills. I specialize in Polish cuisine. Besides that, I know a lot about vegetarian and meat dishes. I'm very into nutrition and try to cook as healthy as possible. I can also teach you how to prepare amazing lasagna or give you a secret for a delicious onion soup!
If you need any other advice related to food preparation, I'm here for you. This class doesn't have to be only about cooking :)
In case you need assistance with what to eat as a person with insulin resistance or type 2 diabetes, I will gladly share my knowledge and ideas with you.

I can surely recommend Marlena as a teacher, she has a lot of experience and hands the knowledge well. Whenever she was helping me with any subject, it was with a nice vibe and some jokes, yet still very effective.
Marlena is one of the kindest and proffesional teacher I have ever had. I took a photography classes and I am realy happy about the results I have after meetings with Marlena. She is a passionate about it and she was always eager to answer to all of my questions and help me undestand how it works. After meetings with Marlena I am getting more motivated to learn more and more. Definetly, I recommend her!
Recomendo a Marlena porque ela domina bem a cozinha, visto já ter experiência profissional e explica tudo ao pormenor. Também é simpática e tem uma excelente capacidade de comunicação.
