Hi! I'm Fernando Benegas, a music graduate with a master’s in pedagogy. I've been a teacher for four years, teaching people of all ages, both electric and classical guitar in Official music academies.
Based in Lisbon, a city full of international people and different music genres in every corner.
Coming from Spain, I am looking forward to meet people from everywhere to share my knowledge and teach people this beautiful instrument.

My aim is to teach you the guitar as a language, giving you enough resources to become independent and be able to keep learning guitar even without a teacher. How? By understanding how the guitar works.
Anyway, I will adapt to your level, preferences and goals, making personalized material for you to practise and learning to play your favorite artists.
I can give the lessons in English, Español and Português. See you!

O Fernando é um grande amigo meu, e estamos juntos há muito tempo. Eu toco bateria e ele toca guitarra, e é uma experiência muito divertida.
Tem também muito conhecimento musical, com uma compreensão profunda da análise musical, e aprende-se sempre algo novo com bandas que se pensa que se conhece perfeitamente. Tem um talento admirável para tocar guitarra. O conhecimento que tem do instrumento é tão bom que consegue tocar uma música que ouviu num instante. Tentou também ensinar-me a tocar guitarra e recomendou exercícios para melhorar a minha técnica.
