I'm a Portuguese, Lisbon borned women that comes from a humble environment and was always very connected to nature elements, music and arts. My sensorial bloom in my adolescence and Yoga and Dancing literally saved my life.
So all my experience comes from a Deeper Ancestral knowledge backed up from Personal Experiences and breakthroughs and Training Experience of Ayurveda, Yoga and Life it Self, as at Heart we are ONE.

My Sessions are divided in two segments:
- Group Classes that happen Indoors at Lisbon Center - Baixa, or Outdoors in Parks such as Jardim da Estrela, Cerca da Graça, Jardim Amália Rodrigues ( Marques de Pombal )
YogaDance, PrimalMobility, SculpBody, PowerDance, Breathwork..
- Private Training tailored for each biotype and needs, Programs for Pelvic Strength, Pregnancy Assisted Yoga, Body Rebuilding of Structure and Muscle Definition, Mobility Strength, always combining with Ancestral Rituals to reconnect bodymindsoul.

Love her PrimalMobility classes and Strength Training and the outdoor possibilities. She brings everything if you don’t have your mat or props. We met through another platform with Ayurvedic Massage, so I’m a fan ;)
Know Adya from our Ancestral Body treatments, and her classes are the turning point for me to change my mindset and renew my energy. Her Yoga classes are rooted in ritual, energy and power. I’m a regular so, recommend her ️
