I've worked for different language institutions, in Portugal and abroad. I've had students of all ages and nationalities, with different interests, personalities, cultures and linguistic backgrounds. I helped them all learning, practicing and improving their Portuguese, whatever goals/level they had. And with all of them I've had rewarding experiences, both professional and personal.

I've spent the last few years teaching Portuguese as a Foreign Language and working on my PhD project in Portuguese Linguistics.
Teaching is one of the things I love doing. I fully commit myself to my students, and focusing on their needs and helping them to improve their language skills is what I pursue.
My Teaching Method is flexible, since it depends on the student's needs, goals and interests. However, I try to follow a communicative approach.
