My name is Juana, I am 21 years old, I am from Argentina and I am doing the Erasmus experience in Lisbon for 6 months. I am a person full of energy and very sociable. Quick to adapt and with a lot of enthusiasm. Eager to have a good time and help others to be able to disconnect through sport. I am a faithful believer that sport is physical and mental health. I am willing to offer an hour to disconnect from the world and connect with oneself and with nature. Despite not having any training title, I believe I am capable of transmitting all the knowledge I acquired after long years of personal training. Confident woman.
