I normally teach high school student and working adults who wants to learn English as a second Language. Apart from structuring class activities such that an individual's needs are met, I adopt different methodologies to motivate student learning all the time. The use of conversations, debates, role-plays, aside reading, and writing open more opportunities for students to practice the language in different ways. What I enjoy most is giving gist, probing further and explaining the `WHYs` after identifying the need for corrections so that students can make their own corrections. In relation to student assessment, evaluation and feedback, I do them throughout the entire class aside from the official one which is done twice in a semester. I love my job and love sharing ideas on culture.
