I have been giving online classes to a few students already, and give in person classes to visitors at Ananda Valley, Portugal in groups and individually.
I did a 3 months 900hrs teacher training course in India from the Yoga institute, Mumbai(the oldest organized yoga school in the world).
The teachings have inspired me to spread the knowledge,based on my personal experience from my daily practice.

The purpose of yoga is not just to gain physical abilities, but also to inculcate the spiritual aspect to enhance one's practice. The language for now it's English, till I improve my Portuguese speaking skills. The style of teaching is classical asthanga yoga.
