Fian is an excellent teacher who cares about wholistic growth and development. Fian was highly recommended by my friends who are semi-pro athletes.

Fian is great at constructive coaching, bringing a wealth of experience to each session. Not only are they a great coach, but they performed at the highest level of university athletics in the United States and represented their home country in international races. This enables them to understand what its like to be on the other side of being coached and adapt each session to my needs.

I am not the biggest fitness junky, and I am a little self conscious about my body and working out. That being said, I was nervous going into our first training session. But from the start, Fian made me feel very comfortable, identifying where I was at in my fitness journey and incorporating some fun exercises to keep me motivated. Additionally, because Fian has also studied, yoga, meditation, massage therapy, they were able to answer and provide useful solutions to my questions and supplemental activities that went along with the work outs. I also appreciated that when Fian didn't have an answer to my question, they took note, did research and came to the next session with an answer.

I can't recommend Fian enough, it was such a lovely experience working with such a caring and knowledgeable coach who finds creative ways to meet my fitness goals.
