Sobre Alicia
I enjoy teaching because I truly love connecting with foreigners and helping them discover new and enjoyable ways to learn languages. Sharing Brazilian Portuguese with people from different cultures is something that makes me genuinely happy. One of the things I love most about Brazilian culture is how welcoming, united and warm people can be, and I like bringing that same positive energy into my classes.
My lessons are focused on conversation, comfort and confidence. I prefer creating fun and interactive classes where students feel relaxed and safe while learning naturally. I believe people learn faster when they are enjoying the process instead of feeling pressured. I also teach common slang, real-life expressions and everyday Portuguese that Brazilians actually use.
As a person, I am very patient, creative, energetic and humorous, which helps me make classes more engaging and personalized for each student’s learning style and goals.
